Fierce resistance confronts Israeli military in Gaza City, with Jon Elmer

Let's look at Let's go to the north here. Let's look at map C um tomorrow Um so we're going to show Tel al-Hawa again, like I said, Netzarim Corridor uh is the site of dozens of attacks weekly by all factions artillery on Israeli positions in the Netzarim Corridor. Um and those continued uh as well this week. Um let's look at number 10 here. We're seeing something interesting in this video is the uh the fighters are talking here and they say that the the runner came to pick up the combat videos and brought them these desserts. Um and he shows the triangle and and turns the dessert upside down. So it's interesting, he's acknowledging that the runner comes to get the videos, which we knew, but never seen before and they'd never acknowledged before. Um and then they turn around and immediately blast that Merkava tank in the in the Turek gap. Here we're seeing an elevated Tandem 85 strike against a D9 armored bulldozer um right on the front. And now we're seeing there's a good shot of the Yasin 105 again firing on a Merkava tank. Um and this fired from a distance and so if usually further than we see the fighters uh firing from, but firing from inside that destroyed building makes the radar uh of the Trophy active protection system doesn't pick up that um soon enough. So yeah, so the runner brings them uh brings them desserts here in exchange for the combat videos and this is what's on the combat videos that they um that they were giving to the runner. So just remarkable. He says uh "These are our triangles. These red ones are for you." That's what the fighter says. Um again, elevated Yasin strike versus uh Merkava tank. Now we're seeing a Tandem 85 versus a D9 uh armored bulldozer. Um and then another Yasin 105 strike here from inside this building. There you see a good shot from the side of the uh Yasin archer. Um tough to know if that's an interception or a hit, but um the radar doesn't work when there's overhangs like that. Let's do uh 11B here to my um This is the second part of the operation. These fighters are saying, uh we just hit three vehicles in two hours since their advance. What more do they want? And the other fighter says, They never learn. And fighter number one says, We're bored of vehicles. We want dismounted soldiers. And sure enough, looks out the window and they find dismounted soldiers, uh dismounted IDF soldiers, uh Israeli military soldiers. And you can see this fighter moving from the building from where they spotted them. You can see the machine gun there uh on that fighter. Uh we have audio here, um but we've cut out the the rest of this video to keep it PG. Um but you can see them getting fired on from a very close Right after Right after the fighter says, We want dismounted soldiers. We're sick of vehicles. Um and this is a man-portable air defense system that uh Qassam uses, an SA-7. You can see it being uh fired here at an Apache attack helicopter. And as I've pointed out before, these don't uh work because as you see here, the Apache is uh a couple generations ahead of the uh dated SA-7 weapon. When they dump flares like that, um it throws off the um the that generation of SA-7 man-portable air defense systems, the shoulder-fired systems that Qassam got from Libya and re- uh animated them by uh retrofitting battery packs to them to make the old weapon work. Uh but it's still a little bit outclassed by the Apache helicopters, but they're consistently firing on them still and we can see that firing on those helicopters. You could see the distance that that weapon goes and just further confirmation that there the resistance is not targeting Medevac helicopters. So that is the resistance from Gaza another remarkable week all throughout Gaza resistance operations numbering almost 100 operations this week alone. Thanks for watching this video.
